How to Submit a DMCA Notice

If you believe in good faith that material on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our designated agent that includes all items required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list).
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (e.g., direct URL).
  3. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name suffices for email submissions).

Counter-Notification

If your material was removed or disabled in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification compliant with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your name, address, and phone number.
  2. Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or Harris County, Texas if outside the U.S.).
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Submitting false or bad-faith notices or counter-notices may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Consider consulting an attorney before filing.
